MaxProduction Compound is an ultra-aggressive cutting compound that removes P600 and finer sand scratches. Use it on tooling gels, production gel coats, and other solid surfaces for heavy scratch removal. For a swirl-free finish, we recommend following up with MaxFinishing Polish (#1635).

  1. Shake well, before using.
  2. For best results, use with a Black & White Wool Buffing Pad (#890146).
  3. When the surface is clean, cool, and dry, apply the compound to a seasoned pad and buff at speeds between 1400-2200 rpm (1800 rpm for best results).
  4. Work the buffer slowly, from left to right and front to back, using light to medium pressure.
  5. Slowly reduce pressure, as the product diminishes and gloss appears.
  6. Repeat, as necessary, until sand scratches disappear.
  7. Wipe the surface with a clean microfiber cloth.
