Shipping Policy

Presta Marine offers delivery for items purchased on www.marine.prestaproducts.com to most locations within the continental United States. Presta Marine is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO/APO addresses, and locations in Alaska and Hawaii, or U.S Territories.

 

All orders received through the website are shipped by parcel ground delivery. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for parcel ground service in addition to the order processing time, which is typically 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). Presta Marine is unable to ship items purchased through the website using an expedited service level (i.e. Next Day Air).

 

Order processing and shipments take place Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET.

 

Please refer to the dates and shipping rates listed during checkout for your expected shipment and delivery dates as well as any delivery charges.

 

Shipping charges are based on the total order weight and carton dimensions for your order. Shipping charges are only refundable if the item was shipped in error by Presta Marine. Otherwise, shipping is considered non-refundable. All other refunds of shipping charges are solely at the discretion of Presta Marine.
